Officers responded to the 1200 block of Carver Avenue, where they found a 15-year-old boy with gunshot wounds around 9:10 p.m on Sunday, Oct. 30, Virginia Beach police said.
The unidentified victim was taken to a local hospital, but died on Wednesday, Nov. 2 after being taken off life support, authorities said.
Further details on the shooting were not immediately known.
